- So OTT (over the top and Olivia T. Turner).
Savannah is super young, and out hiking the woods with no proper clothing and gear.
She's only in the woods because her mother's BF and his buddies got handsy and she bailed.
Hunter is indeed a hunter. He takes himself in hand as soon as he sees her. He's hiding out in the woods, away from women who want him for his money and not for his personality (or lack of one).
And then its game on. He's gone hunting.
Recommend. - Naughty and cute, it was awesome and I loved it! ^_^

- So I read this and was really at odds with myself about it. The ending was good with a HEA and an epilogue several years out. However, their beginning left a bad taste in my mouth. Where the hero was meant to come off as OTT alpha (I’m assuming) his inner dialogue was creepy and I know some would say it had an “against her will†vibe. Lots of talk of taking her and doing what he wanted whether she liked it or not. Or the things he would do, even if she fought him off etc
-no cheating
-no ow/om drama
-older man/younger woman. She just turned 18 and his age was not mentioned although she thought he looked the be in his 30’s or 40’s
-violence - she had been in the mountains with her mother and her moms boyfriend as well as his friends and they were “handsy†with her so she set off on her own
-very steamy and lots of dirty talking
-neither with others after meeting. She was a virgin and his sexual past was not mentioned
-epilogue several years later - “Mountain Man Taken†is another quick, fun, entertaining, OTT read from the fantastical imagination of Olivia T. Turner. Skillfully written and extremely fast-paced, the story-line features a sweet, innocent, young woman fleeing an abusive home-life and the older, bearded beefcake who ultimately rescues her. Written from dual POV with no cheating, no ow/om drama, two epilogues and an extremely satisfying HEA.
Warning Only those into OTT obsessive, possessive, dirty talking, burly mountain men… with large appendages should read this novella.

After the men were groping her she decided to take a three day hike in the mountains of Montana. All day she has felt like someone or something has been watching her. Hunter is a very wealthy man he is also direct and sometimes brutal when he speaks. Hunter has a house in the mountains he loves because he can get away from it all. He has just gotten groceries when he saw a gorgeous young woman heading for the trail. Hunter was immediately hooked on her. He dropped his groceries and took off after her. He followed her the whole day and stayed by her at night. He saw her bathing naked in the river the next day and approached her. She freaked out and ran away from him naked. Savannah took off on the trail and ran right into a bear’s butt. Hunter saved her from the bear. Hunter wants to keep Savannah with him always. Will Savannah go with Hunter to his cabin? Will her mother and they men find Savannah? What will Hunter do? Will Hunter and Savannah live happily ever after?
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book. - Seriously these reviews crack me up what book are they reading! This was amazing. Savannah is on a trip with her mom and her moms boyfriend at his mountain cabin when him and his friends cant keep there hands to themselves or the mouths shut and her alcoholic mom just sits back and doesn't say anything. Fearing they may go farther she backs her backpack and goes on a three day hike trail till it is time to leave. Hunter sees her in town going on to the teail and knows he must have her and protect to her from everyone but himself. This was very ott but scorching hott and really sweet. Cant wait for the next book by this amazing author !
